The Allegrippis Trails System at Raystown Lake is a premier single-track mountain biking trail system designed by mountain bikers. Offering a world-class mountain biking experience, these trails have received widespread acclaim for their design, sustainability, economic and other benefits. The Allegrippis Trails are arranged as stacked loops, giving the user the opportunity to plan a route as short or as long as they would like. There are nearly endless combinations, so riders who come back time after time have the opportunity to use a new route each time. Although the trails are rated "easiest", "moderate", and "most difficult", they can all be safely traversed by users of all skill levels.
The Friends of Raystown Lake operates the 36-mile Allegrippis Trails System as a leased facility from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Raystown Lake
The Allegrippis Trails are made possible by the support of the Friends of Raystown Lake, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Raystown Lake, the International Mountain Bike Association, and the dedicated members of FRL Trails Committee, who maintain the trails year-round!
